FOX Sports has pulled all-time playoff teams from the 2017 season.
The move follows last week’s release of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s “Best of” list and the release of a documentary, “The Greatest Games,” which explores the legacy of the game.
The Pro Football Writers of America, which organizes the list, released its “Best Team of All Time” on Monday, and Fox Sports will also release the list as part of the 2017 NFL season.
“It’s been a long time coming,” NFL Network’s Michael Rothstein said on “NFL AM” on Tuesday.
“It’s really a culmination of a long process.
It’s been done for a long period of time.”
The list will also include a number of Hall of Famers, including Hall of Famer Tony Dorsett, who was inducted into the ProFootball Hall of Sportsmanship in 2006.
In addition, Fox Sports also released a list of the 20 Greatest Players of All-Time, which includes seven Hall of famers and five Pro Bowl players.
Former NFL players who played during the modern era included Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers and Adrian Peterson.
A list of all the NFL playoff games will be released on Wednesday.
